AFTER THE LEG WORKOUT

Hello, friends! I finally managed to do some skateboarding. How are you all? Everything okay? This morning, I did a leg workout at the gym, so the skateboarding session only lasted about 30 or 40 minutes. It's really hot here in Rio de Janeiro, which is another important factor. The time I have for working out, skateboarding, and working in the afternoon is when Francisco is at school. I'm writing this text at 4:45 PM; I'll stop, pick up my child, and continue, haha. As you can see in the video, we have a perfect 45-degree angle, an exit from a garage. This spot is right on my corner, and I simply love skating there sometimes. I call it a natural spot, something that wasn't planned but is perfect for skateboarding. Currently, I'm using

Ol谩 amigos, finalmente consegui andar um pouco de skate. Como voc锚s est茫o? Tudo ok? Hoje pela manh茫 eu treinei pernas na academia ent茫o a sess茫o de skate durou somente uns 30 ou 40 minutos. Aqui no Rio de Janeiro est谩 fazendo muito calor, mais um fator importante. O tempo que tenho para malhar, andar de skate e trabalhar a tarde 茅 o tempo em que o Francisco est谩 na escola. Hola, amigos. Finalmente logr茅 hacer un poco de skateboarding. 驴C贸mo est谩n todos? 驴Todo bien? Esta ma帽ana, hice un entrenamiento de piernas en el gimnasio, as铆 que la sesi贸n de skateboarding solo dur贸 unos 30 o 40 minutos. Hace mucho calor aqu铆 en R铆o de Janeiro, lo cual es otro factor importante. El tiempo que tengo para hacer ejercicio, andar en skateboard y trabajar por la tarde es cuando Francisco est谩 en la escuela. Estoy escribiendo este texto a las 4:45 PM; voy a parar, recoger a mi hijo y continuar, jaja. Como pueden ver en el video, tenemos un 谩ngulo perfecto de 45 grados, una salida de un garaje.
