Today we learned of Dan Larimers new proposal for EOS REX Stake Reward tokens to lower the cost of using the EOS network and pay stake rewards to those token holders that stake tokens and vote for at least 21 Block Producers.
In summary the proposal introduces
New EOS REX staking tokens
Staked EOS tokens will recieve rewards
Vote for at least 21 Block Producers to earn EOS stake rewards
Lend EOS tokens to receive REX tokens
The proposal will lower the cost of using the EOS network
