Writing more and writing quality content are both a requirement to make it work. I tested it out last month doing a blogging challenge. I earned the equivalent of approx $200 USD, writing only one post per day. If you'll be doing 5 per day, I recommend having a second account to write in a second community so that you can write 2 in one and 3 in the other, making it not seem so spammy. Good luck!
