Commercial land to small lot is 20:1. It's like having a small residence on one lot vs a city block. Other differences are TBD. They haven't been revealed yet, but there are supposed to be some pretty major surprises. With LVL's downturn to the 0.00200's, I had to drop 500K LVL to get one ;)
