the worker was great. clean cut,well groomed. well spoken. very polite. called me at 8 am sharp and was on time to do the job. no messin around, and he diagnosed my water heater within minutes and was off to purchase the parts. he worked so quietly i forgot he was even here. he didn't cause any inconvenience or annoyance in the slightest. the whole thing only parts run and all only took 90min and thats incredible. i will definitely be using this company again and hopefully the same guy does any job that i need.
