New house. A mini-split is in the casita. It's brand new. It turns on. Just need freon. He has a split mini-unit remove it from the old house and put it in the garage and a new install. (few conduit new breaker for the panel 220v). Today we are just fixing the casita and giving a quote to move the unit.
