I was going to take a day off from posting but I have two shares of a Steem basic income setup and if I don't post at least once every 27 hours and 59 minutes I get bumped into a member pool that does not pay until I regain my position in a posting frequency pool which will give me my penny per post per share. Only fifty six more posts and I will break even so that I can free myself from these golden handcuffs!
I looked around at some Steemit app schemes while trying to find something to write about. Steemhunt caught my eye for a hot second. You find cool stuff and new products on the web, post them on Steemhunter, and get paid steem dollars for all your upvotes. Payouts seem okay but the system for rewards seems a bit too complicated and way too much like work for me.
Actifit is another new Steem connected app. You download the app and get tokens for movement - think fitness apps you use on your phone. You also post your results daily on Steemit for upvotes. I was going to give it a try but the app did not work on my phone, which is probably a good thing because I doubt my cat would have enjoyed having my phone strapped to him each day.
There was another app/extension I was going to check out but could not find the name again. It was medical based and I think you go onto the site, read medical information, post about your hemorrhoids and ear discharge, then get paid Steem dollars - or maybe tokens. I am skipping that one, too.
Has anyone else found an interesting Steemit connected app or site, or maybe tried any of the ones I mentioned? I would love to get some feedback. Skip the details about your hemorrhoids, please. Some details just aren't worth 1¢ upvotes.
