At least you get an engineer to your place. For me, I had to plug in my modem to the broadband box in my place and call the support desk if I can't figure out how to configure my modem. I am using the Google Nest, so it seems like the config is a little different which meant searching for a solution on my mobile as the support desk says my broadband connection is fine, no issues mate.....
