Those are such amazing photos. All the old buildings make such good photos, especially in black & white as it is easier to mask the ones that haven't been looked after.

I always thought this kind of overseas planning sessions or retreats are a sort of reward. Yes you get some work done, but you also get to let your hair down a little too.
