Trying to accurately calculate yield is almost as bad as pulling teeth especially with all the variables you mentioned. Not sure if you are build buying them in-game, so you might need to factor in the bonus packs and the voucher cost (or opportunity costs).

Hopefully I will be following in your footsteps soon and buying and opening packs. Still trying to accumulate DEC for discounted packs :)
