I used to have a similar mindset as well when I was younger that renting was better then buying. But mindsets change as circumstances change. As some comments have noted, owning your house is mainly for

You are also being heard too. How many times have you been talking about a certain product and the ad magically appears on your socials (talking about FB & Instagram etc). Meta marketers brush it off

Thanks! I didn't even see this in my notification. !LOLZ

there are some gamefi projects with even 'less game' True, but from what I read, SPL was always meant to be about a TCG that you could make $$, not invest and play this TCG to make money.

you can stop the excessive renting by setting a higher minimum and have rentals reset every 30 days, which SPL is going to do. The 1 DEC fee is excessive imo.

Cheers mate. Writing helps me think about what is going on in the every-changing SPL world, keeps me on top of things.

Thanks for the kind words mate. Makes writing worthwhile :)

That's the Aussie culture too sadly. I have experienced numerous times whereby people just assume you are saying "How are you?" and reply "I am good, thanks" when I said something else.....

I was definitely one of those people who bought during COVID, just after the first lockdown in Melbourne. Glad we bought our place as we wouldn't survive the multiple lockdowns in our rental. Sadly, I

O yeh. I was scrolling through the comments and I was sure I saw a Shadow Snitch guess before, but nothing came up....
