Context:

My home city, Calicut , Kerala in India is witnessing second case of NIPA outbreak. The first was in 2018 which took the life of 17 out of 19 identified infected cases. The second outbreak of 2021 September is an on going crisis. While the NIPAH was a deadly crisis, our home state had learned from it and perhaps managed to tackle the COVID 19 outbreak.
The documents published are collected and archived in internet archive & links are provided for future references if the need arises.
