I found this season even harder than the previous season, having not even reached my usual parking spot in Gold 1 by EOS. I guess the change from DEC to SPS for rewards has really got the punters hustling, lol. Having said that, I am personally missing the DEC rewards to upgrade cards each EOS as I can't help but keep my SPS staked. Having sent all my spare cards to my alt to rent out on Splex Gollum has really helped with this though, as it still gives me some DEC at EOS for upgrading cards. At this point though, I am focusing those rewards on increasing my rental account income, to compound my returns.

The initial WOW of getting more potions in chests has definitely worn off now, currently having more than I see myself needing in the immediate future, it is nice to be getting SPS rewards, but I seem to be seeing fewer cards in chests nowadays.

I spent 2k SPS, as planned for the RF presale, so I am keeping EOS rewards staked, but considering building up a little more liquidity with my staked rewards, which seems to be broken, as I write this.
All up, this was quite a disappointing result for me vs my ambition level, I hope to rectify that in this current season, by at least getting back into Gold 1 before EOS.
