A few days ago I decided to try and capture a bright Western Australian sunset, and see how my mobile phone "pro" setting worked. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.
I set ISO down, and closed the aperture quite far, and managed to get this out of it:
My first picture of the sunset was on auto mode was this:
Not too bad for a smartphone camera.
Another note on this phone is that I was running along the beach, chasing the dogs when it dropped out of my pocket, I kicked it, and it went flying into the wave breaking up the shore.
"Oh !@#$!!!!" ... and a few other choice words later, and drying it off with my shirt it continues to work, and about 10 days later I'm busy typing this post up on it.... Not baaad!!!
