Timothy 6:6–11
But godliness with contentment is a great gain. We brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it.
Worthy of note this morning is the issue of false identity that is destroying many believers today.
One of the killers of a relationship or marriage is a false identity.
Many people portray a false image about who they are and who they are not.
Some do that for them to feel important or to be accepted by the people.
Some go ahead and borrow a car, house, clothes, shoes, and money just to impress people.
Listen, you can’t please everybody.
Let no one put you under pressure!
What you don't have at a time, you don't have. Be who you are; assist if you have
You don’t have to wear a false image to be accepted or loved; be real, as your father in heaven knows what is best for you.
The one who loves you will do so for who you are and not what you possess.
The best person you can be is yourself.
The person whom God has prepared for you will love you just the way you are.
One thing you must know is that the truth cannot be hidden forever. One day, it will speak for itself.
Stop wearing a false image to impress anyone. Be simple and sincere.
