Hey Romley , thank you for an other interesting and inspiring video, you said in another video you trust account expires at 70 years of age. My Dad made made his FREE WILL WITH THE NSW TRUSTEE & GUARDIANS- appointing them as executor & basically signed his life away... NCAT & Public trustee & Guardians insisted on kidnapping my father and taking him to Gosford hospital just b4 his 69th birthday. He had throat cancer 25 years ago had a total laryngectomy & was fitted with a voice PROTHESIS.. his voice PROTHESIS was INSITU for over 24 years , the NURSING SERVICES uniting care “ CHURCH “ , Drs, Nursing staff & Public guardians insisted on removing the Voice PROTHESIS. This device enabled speech & prevented aspiration and also allowed him to eat and drink with out any chance of aspirating.
They took Guardianship off me as I said NO , YOU CANT REMOVE IT YOU WILL CAUSE ASPIRATION (fluid entering his lung & drown him to death) They refused to listen to me, I made multiple complaints and was placed on visiting restrictions. And prevented from seeing him. They tourtured my father to death for over 100days . He was 79 kgs on admission walking and talking and quite fine, yet he was starved to merely 30kgs upon death. The hospital rang me , invited me to the hospital and upon arrival they phoned police and said I was trespassing . And had me arrested. I was locked in the police station for 6hours , charged for trespassing & breech of telecommunications and AVO was put in place prevented me from going to the hospital, and later released from custody. My Dad was dead 6-12 hours later . Public trustee were notified prior to midnight, & my sister was notified that dad Died at 330am . Then at 715am the nurse who lied to police to have me arrested rang me and asked me to call them back. They nullified my dads means of communication, and tourtured him to death & they have me charged with breech of telecommunications & of course the AVO was just to PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE, PREVENT ME BEING NOK , AND PREVENT AUTOPSY... MICHAEL BARNES THE THEN CORONER (now NSW Ombudsman) REJECTED MY APPLICATION FOR AUTOPSY, - yet my dad died in the” custody” of a public guardian , if my dad had been a criminal and in the custody of police or corrections he would of got a full coronial inquest ~ SO WHY ARENT ELDERS WITH DEMENTIA GIVEN THE SAME RIGHTS TO LIFE AND DEATH ??
The public trustee got to benefit from the proceeds of their crime , in many ways - via his birthing certificate bond & becoming executor of his estate , IT NOW MAKES SENCE WHY the coroner concealed my fathers death.. $$$$ & Greed . Our elders are being human trafficked in Australia & no one will help u when your parents are kidnapped ie trafficked ... this is so frightening look up the Australian Association to STOP Guardianship & Administration Abuse AASGAA.com so many horrific stories just like mine ... this is why they are doing what they are doing & there is no justice in our justice system to stop it... they are all corrupt and in on this big scam ,,,"

that's the problem.. making a will with any government related department is just an acceptance of their jurisdiction. There is no law that says you have to use their paperwork to make a will or anything else. Take their power by knowing who you are, fighting in their system means losing for you."

I am not sure about fighting it, they are dangerous, there is no doubt but just knowing how it works is a big help in sort of knowing where the land mines are to avoid stepping on one of them... Most people are trapped into the system, its been going like this for hundreds of years but now more people are starting to see how the illusion works... Nothing in government exists in fact! so any government worker that tries to engage with you is the only one that can be held liable so you must get their full identification as well as their date of birth and all their ABN's and insurance identification! because the thing they claim to represent doesn't exist! The evidence of this is when you look at the appointments of the governor General and the Prime Minister, they "assume" the office because no one had the ability to lawfully appoint them! ,,,, Plausible Deniability ... Christ also tole you the remedy, in his name only shall you be saved, your name is on your birth certificate... and it does not contain your last name or family name..."
