Also referred to as Shark Shock CBD or CBD Shark Shock, this strain appears to be bred by Dinafem Seeds. From what i gather Dinafem used a specially selected high CBD strain from 'CBD Crew' to pollinate a Shark Shock mother. This created an indica dominant strain that delivers a fairly balanced CBD to THC ratio.

This strain is from Whistler Medical Marijuana Corporation out of Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. It was priced at $12 per gram plus taxes and shipping.
Two great things about this supplier that I like are one; they claim to be the only truly organic Licensed Producer of Medical Cannabis in Canada as certified by The Fraser Valley Organic Producers Association (FVOPA). Second they provide a well put together cannabinoid and terpene profile of each of the cannabis strains they grow as shown in the picture below. The main downside for me about this LP is that they're more expensive than any other supplier that I have.
As you can see from the above chart we have the THC at 8.9%, CBD coming in a bit above that at 12.8%, CBG at a low 0.65%, CBC even lower at 0.02%, THCV at 0.04% which I honestly know nothing about but am curious now if anyone knows please leave a comment about it and finally Terpenes in at 1.27%.
The buds are firm and dense with a greenish brown coloring. Lots of brown pistols scattered through out and I'm even noticing some light green/beige colored pistols as well around the top of the buds. Trichomes have a dense coverage and it appears they have mostly clear heads.
The color of the buds seem to have a little bit of a brown hue in its green. I've seen this in a few situations, if it's hash plant strain or in the same lineage, cannabis that is aged a bit(this one has a package date of 2 months prior to review which is average aged) and also I've seen a lot of the CBD strains have this green/brown coloring. This makes me wonder if lots of these CBD strains are in someway derived from hash plant or one of its relatives. Although who knows, the green/brown may just be an illusion created by so many brown pistols.
Smell of the container is very earthy with a bit of floral and spice, it's almost identical in smell as CBD Skunk Haze I had from Delta 9 Biotech. The color is very close as well. Once busting commenced the buds give off a sharp sweetness mixed in with the earthy floral spice and finishes off with a sour skunk odor. It's a lot of different scents for the nose palate to pick up on.
The taste off the vape comes out very earthy with maybe a little bit of pine in there and ends with bitter vegetable greens taste.
Effects are calming, great for being at peace in meditation or just kicking back and relaxing with some tunes or a good book. Only a slight psycoactive effect since the CBD is greater than the THC it does a good job at counteracting the high. Even though it's a heavy indica I only got a slight tiredness near the end of its effects which would make this a decent daytime indica for those interested.
