Even today gone or not even yesterday gone are the steps on Sunday!
In the end, a ride in the evening we did it not very long but not even short, let's say medium 馃槀
Even today, in absurd heat, I went for a run and it was hard ... recovering all the muscles, lungs and head becomes more and more difficult is the third time in 3 years that I have to stop due to injury and quarantine .. and resuming the rhythm becomes really complicated.
