Currently, there are a few incentives, such as lower taxes for leased vehicles or no tolls for trucks. That will go away.
And I expect to see additional taxes for electricity, similar to ICE cars. Maybe some people will be able to avoid it if they can charge at home (with or without solar panels), but I would also suspect they might add functionality to chargers at home. Gotta collect more taxes because it would be unfair or something.
