It can be just an impression, we often attribute to plants and animals human qualities. Sometimes and vice versa. Especially for pets, dog and cat lovers can prove this with countless examples.

Because I haven't had animals for many years, my attention has been focused on plants, flowers in the garden or in the house, in winter. I am still modest in this regard but my wife is used to talking to her flowers.

I just observe the flowers but first of all, I love them and I enjoy their beauty. The beginning of spring means the beginning of many things, but especially the moment when the whole nature returns to life, after a long hibernation.

The earth discovered by the snow cape begins to be pierced by small green arrows carrying flowers. Very quickly the garden turns green and I am delighted to see how the flowers grow, how they find their place under the sun. I refer to the first flowers, so said the spring announcers.

I am impressed by the growth rate of these flowers, their desire to be blooming as quickly as possible. It seems that waiting for spring has been very difficult for them and this impatience is now visible.

I like these flowers so much, first of all because they are wildflowers, collected from the forests of childhood and planted years ago in the small garden. I remember as a child when I was looking forward to spring and more anxious than the sleeping flowers under the snow cover.

Probably you, those who will read this blog will tell you about me that I am crazy to write about flowers when so many important things happen to us. Now I ignore the pandemic and I mean the situation of the platform that has supported us so many years. Steemit and Hive. What will happen to us, we leave a ship that is likely to sink and climb another that we do not know if it will float. Most posters now refer to this migration. I think there are enough and my opinion is no longer needed.

This is my first post on Hive.

I accessed Steemit with the desire to develop an additional source of income. That was not the case and I ended up being addicted to the community, the friends I made here.

Where my friends go there I will be (in fact I already am) ... whether we drown or will discover "America"!

That being said, I return to my flowers and the ones I love most, the shy flowers. If you look closely at the flowers you cannot help but notice that they behave differently. Some are impetuous and climb above the others to be the first, to receive all the light and heat of the sun.

I prefer the timid and fearful ones, who are more hidden. Who enjoys the life that begins for them but still does not think it is real and can disappear.

Maybe they will not be victorious or seen too but I really like their insecurity. I like these flowers maybe because I'm the same, shy and insecure. I do not have many certainties just many unanswered questions.

Now when I write I listen to music and I am overwhelmed with a song. I have to put it here though, because I don't know why, often video from YouTube doesn't work. Hoping it will work (if not, you can search the song yourself on Youtube), please listen:

It was a blog full of flowers. I hope their beauty will make you forget about pandemics and migration, and think about the beautiful part of our lives. Although there were flowers, in the end, there is still a special one that corresponds with the desire to be #alwaysaflower and Denise (dswigle@dswigle) with us.
