Printing An Order For A Client
Just a quick post, to mention, that I finished printing a larger order for one image. One client too 24, one client took 12, and two batches, for two different stores that these Glass Cutting Boards are being sold in.
Above: Printed, a Stack of 20 Glass Cutting Boards, wiht my Sea Glass image on it.
Above: A stack of printed out Dye Sublimation Images, taped onto the bottom side of the Glass Cutting Board Blanks.
Once the paper is printed, with the "ink" (it's almost a wax) melted onto the paper print. Then, since the blank has the Sublimatable Surface, on the bottom, the paper is taped there, to hold it in place. <br
Next, the high heat Press is set for correct time, temperature, and pressure for the glass blanks. I press these at 300 seconds, at 400 degrees F, and immediately removed the sheet of paper, and let them cool.
Both orders for the 2 stores are delivered. The client for 24 is also delivered and the 15 is getting used tomorrow, by a client as a gift for a welcome bag.
I will be printing a LOT more, beginning Tuesday, as I have a Craft Fair, Oct 29th and 30th. That means, lots more Cutting Boards, Coasters, Puzzles, Note Cards, and Christmas Ornaments.
Happy Gardening and Cheers,
