Many people have asked me how I know so much. It's because from the very beginning I've been in excruciating psychological pain and had some pretty profound experiences both negative and positive. Along with all that I have studied all that and try to figure things out. My mother always had a slogan: " figure it out Carol".
And I've been doing it ever since. I don't have all the answers I'm only human but I wish I did. I'm always glad when I have an answer for someone. People have wondered why and how I know so much even though I've never been to school for psychology forever and a degree in therapy.
