Countlessly have people warned countlessly have they termed anger disastrous
Overly have I actions done with rage and anger
Occasionally have I tamed that burning rage
The rage that cause my heart to swell
A swell boiling with unexpressed pains
Anger they say is trickish,
Anger they say pushes one to actions
Actions he'd regret sooner and later.
Many a time have I tamed that trait
But Frequently have people pushed
Pushed with feelings thrown to dogs
And emotions dragged to walls!
Call me emotionally drained
my temper's unleashed
My Heart's boiling to stupor
Calm not the soul in rage
But help the heart spill all she has
Let not anger eat me up
Lest I digest in greater rage!
Tell the soul that pushes
Emotions exist to be consumed
Not abandoned and wasted
Tame yet thy mouth and actions
For people have souls
Souls that grow weak
Souls that rage and anger consumes!
