2019 had a lot of lows for me too. Hey, but we survived!

It's great to hear about all the roles you play in your life. I was startled by the wife and girlfriend roles. But then I went back and read it again. You said "in recent years." Ha ha

Isn't amazing how our different roles can teach us different things? And, often, those new lessons are useful across the many roles we play.
