Most of the suggestions here are from users not developers. It's not difficult for users to make suggestions for improvements and I'm generally interested in their comments.
What I'm objecting to is your style of communication. You're complaining a lot and very "loudly", but not suggesting potentially actionable ideas.
Concrete ideas are needed, like the ones made by other comments on this post, not just very generic suggestions like "improve the attractiveness of the social layer" and "focus on the user experience". I think you can literally say "improve the attractiveness" of any product or service, and it's probably a truism (unless it's a Halloween mask). But incredibly obvious statements usually don't provide a meaningful contribution.
"Focus on the user experience" is more close to something that's concrete, but there's still a lot more to make that something actionable. Changing payouts does affect user experience, for that matter. But I'm assuming you mean something like making the web site more friendly to users or improving gamification in some way (I'm not 100% sure of this still). Ideas of that sort have been suggested in the past, and are definitely worth doing. But its been said many times, so what would be more compelling is specific, concrete improvements (preferably ones that don't take a long time to implement). In practice, I think we need slow steady improvements to the frontends, which is something I expect to happen as more frontend developers become available.
