It was an interesting article you pointed to, but your interpretation is false. First, you state the govt has said this. They have not. They are reporting the results of a study. And the study is about exactly ONE asymptomatic carrier. I suggest you spend more time studying statistics and how to do medical studies before you continue to try interpreting them to match your bias.
