Ever since the adding of the word "bitcoin" into the Oxford English Dictionary(OED) in 2013, defining it as
a digital currency in which transactions can be performed without the need for a central bank.

Today, satoshi a word normally used by the crypto trader has made it to the list of crypto jargon in the Oxford dictionary, as been announced on the 9th of October.
A satoshi is the smallest monetary unit in the Bitcoin cryptocurrency, and is named after Satoshi Nakamoto, the—probably pseudonymous—developer(s) of Bitcoin.
