Ever since the integration of the Emjin wallet to Samsung mobile phones, Samsung has been showing great interest in blockchain technology.
According to Samsung's Newsroom today (29th October), Samsung is now working on ways to make its Decentralised app (dapp) mobile friendly and compatible for both users and developers.
In the press release today, Samsung spoke on the problems associated with dapp which firstly, is the fact that most dapps are actually PC based or web apps for mobile which serves as a form of security.
Mobile phones are very vulnerable to adware attacks, which hackers can use to extract private keys from users once it has been inputted in the app, Samsung says it is tackling issues currently to reduce risk of users getting hacked without them knowing.
The new Samsung's blockchain platform SDK will be announced at the SDC19, and it will tackle the security issues, making dapps mobile compatible and in addition, reduces the complexity of building dapps on mobile for developers, that is, deploying of blockchain games and apps will be quite easy on the Samsung mobile platform
meanwhile, according to rumors, TRON has been said to be integrated to Samsung's mobile wallet enabling crypto payment gateways for the blockchain too.
