It's our responsibility now to keep you informed and up-to-date with the latest progress of Block Mountain. So, that's what we'll be doing in this post.
Sndbox is an incubator program for creatives, artists, individual practitioners, community leaders, non-profits, start-ups and collectives.

The past week was absolutely inspirational and it has motivated us to continue to deliver our best efforts to guarantee the successful debut of Block Mountain. You and we are at the forefront of the first-of-its-kind initiative.
BLOCK MOUNTAIN is a collaborative music project between DJ Lethal Skillz and Scuzzy Ruckus that aims to engage, strengthen, and invigorate Steemit artists, musicians, and the community.
The purpose is to contribute to the enrichment of our community so that integrity and sincerity are acknowledged and awarded. In addition, Block Mountain strives to not only enlighten Steemit members, but also to make awareness of Steemit, its initiatives, affiliates, and other blockchain platforms to potentially productive members.
In the geological sense, a block mountain is a type of rejuvenated mountain formed by an enormous underground pressure that forces a whole rock mass to break away from another. As a result, a 'block mountain' is uplifted from the surrounding land.
We simplified this concept of block mountains and poetically interpreted it into three key principles and philosophies relevant to us. The Block Mountain music project strives to achieve the following:
Block Mountain is about our fundamental principles and a state of mind that we are pursuing to advocate: self-growth and community solidarity.
The primary initiative is to produce and release the first of the Block Mountain album series featuring the Steemit community.
Qualified musical talents will be selected to join the project. Based on their musical specialty, each participant will be assembled into groups in which the collective will collaborate to produce a new track. This process is repeated until the ideal number of tracks are completed.
