One rule of thumb I've been hearing is 1 Hive per Rarity. Not sure it really holds well, but can be a guide.

My 9 punks are showing up in the gallery when not logged in but in another browser, logged in, I can't seem to get the new 5 ones to show or log out. Looks like the only solution is manually deleting site

The minting process is nearly instant, the updating DB is lagging, but a lot of changes have been made in the last few hours and it is catching up. Don't worry about that transaction, the name is optional

The NFT minting script had a few bugs, which resulted in the wrong memo sent to the minting script. It wasn't as much as a bug but confusion with the UI. The problem was the mint button pulls up a dialog

I actually thought of having a sliding fee, X min, but you can pay for higher rarity chance, but I didn't like how that would effect the distribution so I didn't do it.

The minting happens pretty quickly, you will have the NFT and it's IPFS state almost immediately. It's the backend that shows it on the website and so on that is behind. But I completely understanding
