steemfinex waiting discount for STEEM deposit will be 0.005% from Nov 1, 2019

It's been a more than 15 days since @steemfinex has more STEEM balance than STEEMP balance.
From Nov 1, 2019 UTC 0am, while keeping the base fee rate the same 0.25%, the waiting discount will be changed from 0.01% to 0.005% per hour, which is the same as STEEMP discount.

In sum,
