As explained in Haircut is around the corner unless STEEM price is above $0.245, we've been under the haircut. Due to the haircut, SBD isn't printing at all (only 1% due to a bug), so now the feed price at which the haircut starts is 0.2398 or so. But considering the conversion & steem inflation, it'd be 0.239 in near future. If we use 0.239, then the haircut will end (at least temporarily) in 8-9 hours, assuming that the steem price is at least above 0.239. If the steem price suddenly drops again below 0.239, we can't exit from the haircut (at least temporarily).
It was quite a short haircut, but it's still close unless steem price would increase enough.
