😮 That's an insane amount of money - I bet they think that've hit the jackpot with this scheme!

The business has genuine offices apparently which I think makes people think twice and it could be legitimate.

My bet is that these offices are nothing more than a postal address that loads of companies use (which nobody has ever set a foot in). If it were a UK company, it'd be worth looking up the address on Companies House and seeing how many hundred businesses are registered there.
