I change my rentals everyday. It takes a bit more work, but I find it worth it. Gradually you see the rentals increase by day up to ~ 50 CP/DEC on the last day. It can be quite a lot more extra profit just by changing daily and with peakmonsters it is really easy. Might be worth a try.
