oh gosh,

an interesting rant though... ive only done a few yoga classes, and never done by what i would consider a "yogi" though, they are all just gym instructors. only recently have i started looking at information about breathing right... "rolls eyes" as i have been breathing wrong my whole life.

hope you find a place you can go and not cringe the whole way through... lol.
