The mood of a beach on a cold day is just so different...

We did Cairns in winter and randomly it rained.... since when does it rain in winter in tropical QLD.. lol

the wind rain and sand made for a totally different experience than the beach in summer (when likely it is too hot past 8am...)

those fires were just awful. I hope the wildlife CAN recover...
