Thanks, yes we have tried to plan what we want to create. At the same time with subtropical weather we are "working on the fly" as well with things not going to plan. We definitely want to be able to produce lots of food.

With the economy as it is at the moment, having accesses to cheep / quality food (or the ability to upscale) is helpful. Not necessarily for us, but i have lots of friends who are already wanting to come and raid when times are tough. I'm trying to set up small scale things in their gardens for them though :-) :-)

I'll create gardeners out of them... lol.
