lol.... i can then eat ten little ones and feel like i haven't had much.. ha ha ha.. when really i have. but there is much less mess. When you want the pie you just eat one. No getting out the plate... cutting a bit... finding anther plate and cutlery... gosh how lazy that sounds.

but i am doing more deserts like this for sure. I need to work out a chocolate tart or something i thing. Maybe with cherry chocolate ganache??
