i LOVE trifle and this was the first year i didn't make one. Although im glad i didn't given the xmas we had. TOTAL disaster have just blogged about my rude relations.

Have to use the jelly :-) that is the best bit... lots of sherry as you say, i've never done one with another liqueur before... other than when i make tiramisu of course... yum.

and i don't eat it before xmas lunch... but i sure eat of boxing day breakfast... breakfast of kings. i mean its just milk and fruit... really.... lol lol lol...
