thanks so much minismallholding@minismallholding... that is so thoughtful :-) Yeah my ginger (and turmeric as i planted both) just took off and i got such a huge harvest from 1 huge pot. Hopefully this works now that we eat so much of it. Fresh ginger is just the best. I'm also going to start a chili garden too.... with masses and masses of chili plants. Thanks again.
