I have had a similar experience with these Ponzi schemes. When I was in year 3 in uni, I invested my school fees. Fortunately for me a day before it crasved I got my first pay out which was equivalent to the amount I invested.

I feel like it is greed that makes people invest in Ponzi scheme. What investment if not crypto would pay you over 100% of your initial capital after some weeks.
