In my previous post, I asked for advice about my new job. After concluding that I'd take the job, I decided to go shopping.
I wanted to get new clothes, but since I'm not so good with shopping on my own and my friend had somewhere to be, I asked 
We agreed to be at the market by 11 am but he doesn't know how to keep to time so he kept me waiting at the market for about 20mins🤦🤦. He looked so cute when he came so I couldn't stay angry.
Anyway, we went shopping! I wanted to get only a few things though. I started with the tops--we got four different chiffon tops. Then we proceed to get pants and skirts. I also got a shoe, wristwatch, earrings and things essential for work.
We were about to leave the market when he got a call that his sister was missing. You could hear the worry in his voice. Apparently, her mom sent her home from the shop to get a charger but she hadn't returned.
It was over 3 hrs so she had every reason to be worried, especially since his sister does not always leave without informing anybody. We were all worried because of the increasing case of kidnap in the country now.
After about 2 hrs from the time we received the call, she came back home and narrated how the bike she had boarded took a route she wasn't familiar with and she had to jump off the bike. We were all just happy that she came home safely.
It didn't take long to regain our happy spirit and we went on with our day, took some cute pictures, ate and I went back home.
That's basically how I spent my Saturday. Overall it was a lovely time out.
