That is the way of it...when a painting/ drawing is in progress, one must be flexible as in this case...I realised the jug was too busy for the overall composition. Painting the jug was a delicate process as you say...because it seems out of one's control with Watercolour.....but you carry on and hope once it dries it is to your liking. ^__
