It's a tough Monday starting here and what predominates is the desire to learn more and more about web3 and its tools and how we can use these tools to teach people to make their lives better in a world so focused on wars, politics and bad news!!
I've always had what my grandmother called a spirit of contradiction. When everyone wanted to go up, I wanted to go down and when everyone wanted to go down, I wanted to go up. When I met those guys riding a little board with 4 wheels underneath it, I felt like I found my people, and over the years there have been many lessons, some disappointments and many, many good experiences. And now in our current moment we are focusing on learning and teaching our people how they can participate in communities in the hive like

Sempre tive comigo o que a minha v贸 chamava de espirito de contradi莽茫o, enquanto todos queriam subir eu queria descer e quando todos queriam descer eu queria subir e quando eu conheci aquela galera andando com uma tabuazinha com 4 rodinhas embaixo dela senti que encontrei meu pessoal, e ao longo desses anos foram muitos aprendizados,algumas decep莽玫es e muita mas muita vivencia boa. E agora em nosso atual momento estamos focando em aprender e ensinar para o nosso pessoal em como eles podem participar de comunidades na hive como

The coolest thing about all this is learning about WEB3 and being able to do it from inside a skate shop with a barber shop, in the middle of the city of S茫o Paulo, where skater friends, customers and urban art and culture enthusiasts can have access and see this revolution live, together with us here at Bless Skateshop.
Lately we have made some new registrations on skatehive and I am very happy when I see friends like

I recently saw a post on my friend 
Dude, I tell you with all sincerity that YES!!! And this thought has never been so high in my head as in the last few years, you know being able to contribute in some way so that people can improve their lives at least a little without depending on politicians, banks or private institutions, brands and every centralized system motivates me a lot and without a doubt this will be one of the most alternative and disruptive paths I have ever chosen in my life.

Recentemente vi uma postagem de feed do meu mano
Mano te digo com toda sinceridade que SIM !!! E este pensamento nunca teve t茫o em alta na minha cabe莽a como nos ultimos anos, sabe poder contribuir de alguma forma para que as pessoas possam melhorar suas vidas pelo menos um pouco sem depender de politicos, bancos ou institui莽玫es privadas, marcas e todo sistema centralizado me motiva demais e sem duvida alguma esse ser谩 um dos caminhos mais alternativo e disruptivo que ja escolhi na vida.

Another thing I noticed is that it is much easier and more productive to talk about Web3 with a child than with adults. Children have no limitations and are very creative. Adults, on the other hand, are always busy, or have something important to do, like checking their Instagram feed and their Web2 stuff. Not to mention that they are very suspicious of everything. They trust politicians and banks and forget to trust themselves.
The other day I had a really nice surprise. My daughter didn't have school due to another week of long weekends here in Brazil (they are very common here). She came to work with me at Bless. I really like it when she comes here to the company and stays with me because she absorbs a lot of things and literally brightens my day.

Outra coisa que percebi tamb茅m 茅 que 茅 muito mais facil e produtivo conversar sobre web3 com uma crian莽a do que com adultos, as crian莽as n茫o tem limita莽玫es e s茫o muito criativas , os adultos por sua vez est茫o sempre ocupados , ou com algo importante pra fazer como ficar vendo o feed do instagram e suas coisas da web2 e sem contar tamb茅m que s茫o muito desconfiados com tudo , depositam a confian莽a em politicos e bancos e esquecem de depositar a confian莽a em si mesmos.
Esses dias tive uma surpresa muito legal , minha filha n茫o teve aula no colegio devido a mais uma semana de feriado prolongado aqui no Brasil (Eles s茫o muito comuns por aqui )e veio trabalhar comigo na Bless e eu gosto muito quando ela vem aqui na firma e fica comigo pois ela absorve muita coisa al茅m de iluminar o meu dia literalmente.

We spent an incredible day together and spent quality time as father and daughter. We ate pastel, played video games, she worked at the cash register while I helped a customer at the barber shop, and on the way to the store something really cool happened. On the subway, she showed me some NOUNS NFTs that she created with the help of the NOUNS app and gave them funny names. I thought it was incredible to be able to influence her with WEB3 and see that web3 will be very useful to her in the future. She will know what it is and will be here with us building a better place, a better world. The coolest thing is that she has the perception that skaters around the world are working with technology to create something unique for everyone in the future!

Passamos um dia incrivel juntos e boas horas de qualidade de pai e filha, comemos pastel , jogamos video game , ela ficou no caixa enquanto eu atendia um cliente na barbearia e no caminho para loja uma coisa muito legal aconteceu , ela me mostrou no m锚tro alguns nfts NOUNS que ela mesmo criou com a ajuda do app NOUNS e deu nomes engra莽ados para eles e eu achei incrivel poder influenciar ela com a WEB3 e ver que a web3 vai ser muito util para ela no futuro e ela vai saber oque 茅 vai estar aqui junto conosco construindo um lugar melhor um mundo melhor e o mais legal 茅 ela ter a percep莽茫o de que skatistas ao redor do mundo est茫o trabalhando com tecnologia para criar algo 煤nico para todos no futuro !

Recebi tamb茅m a visita do meu amigo Billy, que 茅 outro tbm que sempre que vem aqui climatiza o ambiente com a sua alegria e criatividade, fazia alguns dias que eu n茫o andava de skate e aproveitei um pouco as 16:20 para dar uns ollie com meu amigo na pra莽a sopa de letras .

I also received a visit from my friend Billy, who is another person who always brings the atmosphere to life with his joy and creativity when he comes here. It had been a few days since I had skated and I took advantage of it at 4:20 pm to do some ollie with my friend in the alphabet soup square.
