Hello Everyone
My name is Blessing Chidiebube, but most people just call me Blessy.
I'm an Ethical Hacker and Application Security Engineer based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and I spend most of my time thinking about how systems break and how to stop them from breaking in the first place.
But I'm also just a person, so let me introduce myself properly.
By day I test web applications, mobile apps, and APIs for vulnerabilities, the kind of security gaps that smart contract audits miss entirely.
I also ghostwrite for Web3 founders and KOLs, manage communities, and teach. Currently
I'm running a Digital Literacy course for complete beginners because I genuinely believe that computer skills shouldn't be a privilege.
Outside of work I read. A lot. There's something about getting lost in a book that resets everything.
I like cycling too, not competitively, just me, the road, and whatever is on my mind that day. It's become one of my favourite ways to think clearly.
I also write poetry. Not for anyone in particular. Just for myself, for those moments when prose isn't enough and something needs to be felt rather than explained.
I lead the Rivers State chapter of Women in DeFi, which means a large part of my heart is in making sure more women find their footing in Web3 and technology.
I also help run Rebirth Odyssey, an educational Web3 programme that has genuinely changed how a lot of people understand this space.
I'm here to share security tips, honest thoughts, life lessons from building in public, and occasionally a poem or two when the moment calls for it.
I'm still figuring things out like everyone else.
But I'm doing it out loud and I think that matters.
I'm delighted to be here, connect and become friends.
