You are really doing a great job, as a new user on hive I will say you guys are providing good solution. Joining hive few days I will say it was very hard coming on board because the boarding process is complex.
The major challenge right now for me is about getting much support on this platform. Without support on this platform you will be discourage. I will advice you guys work on this so new users may stay.
Lastly I will advice hive should introduce rewarding system for helping onboarding new user.
