A few days back Brian Armstrong the ceo of COINBASE revealed that Institutions Depositing $200-400M Into Crypto Per Week and this has got to be some major impact a news about BAKKT coming in just after this statement and many such news followed after that positive sentiment.
So many though bitcoin will die when it was at $4000 and many said that and it is on records but what happened the big institutions were buying when you all were selling they buy in huge bulk quantity behind the scenes via over the counter system OTC to be short.
so it was obvious that the price didn't reflected that time in such a major time period but now what happened after that price soared high to $13K in a single run and still bullish if we look at today.
