The onboarding from the poorest countries in the world is a valid point. They will extract and who would blame them. We need people with a few pound to spend. Hive's target market should be young aspiring authors or writers, writing groups , book clubs. People who want to read articles. There are a couple of communities already here that do this but this is the area with the most potential with the exception of gaming. Splinterlands was a success now matter how we look at it so more games like this. The board games / trading cards game are still huge. The Dungeons and Dragons cabal. The problem with Hive is everyone is busy with their own aspiring project (including me) but nobody is using it or reading anything. It is all auto voting and we only upvote our friends that we met on here. Nobody really takes time for the newbies. Also Discord is where it is all happening and where networks are built which is why I am out of the loop on most things but I am trying to improve on that. I just think we are targeting the wrong people. We need readers and curators and better posts.
