Ah Jaysus I did Damiens rowing challenge last year and i wrote about it. It made me as fit as a fiddle but it also gave me two hernias what I am only just recovered from

Fair play to the lads. Did Damien not do Everest as well? Fair play to them . I'd love to do something like that. The only kinda thing I worry about is if then got into a storm and something terrible happened, he leaves a wife and child behind.
