I would give it a couple of days at least, looks like you mailed yesterday. Verification time frame is 7-10 days. That's when I would start looking at rates of everything. But, more importantly, what's the action rate of those that click. Historically with mailers, open rates would be high, but click through would be low and action rates even lower.
